What is dedicated server?
The dedicated means a rent of standalone head-end equipment located in hosting provider datacenters. The service of providing standalone equipment especially suits for demanding projects.
 
What is the physical location of servers?
Our servers are located in various datacenters of the world. These are datacenters from Canada (Montreal), USA (Texas), Germany (Nurnberg, Falkenstein, Vogtl), Russia (Moscow), Ukraine (Kyiv).
 
What is Ukrainian traffic? What is foreign traffic?
Ukrainian traffic is the one being transferred through internet exchange point (IXP) of Ukrainian traffic UA-IX. Any non-Ukrainian traffic is considered to be foreign.
 
How do I order a server?
  1. Take a registration procedure and login to a website using your own profile
  2. Proceed to a Hosting tab
  3. Get defined with a server to be ordered
  4. Press the “Buy” button. After that the server will be added to your shopping cart
  5. After that press “Confirm order” and fill in a corresponding form
 
How do I pay for service?
We accept payment via WebMoney (WMZ), credit card Visa Electron
What should I do if my server doesn’t respond or there is no access to it?
Enter your cabinet (login) and open a ticket on this issue
Message example:
“Server ххх.ххх.ххх.ххх doesn’t respond. Please check/reboot it”.
 
How do I find out about the service expiration?

We send you reminders about the service ending 5 days before it and on the day of service ending.
